I had made Tacos, Burittos and Tacos shells all 100% vegan. Also tons of vegetarian options. Amazing vegan Chipotle Mayo also! Food Truck Restaurant crush the veggie / vegan game. In any case, it is worth checking whether you are on the coast.

I have dined at this food truck or restaurant 4 or 5 times and I have always been impressed by the extra effort the staff puts in to ensure a safe meal. The tacos are delicious!
