More Cafe & Bakeshop - Gibsons

Stopped in for cappuccino, and ended up ordering a very attractive pastry. I was happily surprised at the great coffee as it was very hot and made with quality espresso. The pastry was one of the best I have ever had - a great combo of freshness and crispness, and had yummy ingredients!Only recommendation would be if they could serve their coffee in mugs.Will totally made another stop here!

We had drip coffee on this visit and it was average. The pastries are fresh and tasty. The location is handy, near the highway.

This is a bake shop and coffee bar. Nothing else. However they try to represent as bakers. My experience was terrible. I inquired about having a wedding cake made. I did not place an order, simply told the person on the phone what we wanted. I was told he would call back in a couple of days. No phone call. Three weeks later I received a call saying the cake I had ordered was ready. When I said we had found a baker and ordered from them the person became very angry, insisting I had ordered this cake and yelling at me for lying about placing an order. This was a very nasty experience, I could never recommend More based on their lack of courtesy and zero customer service.

Liked that the Café was in walking distance of our hotel. Coffee was pretty good. Muffin quite hearty and tasty. Would have like to have had fresh fruit available. Big place but mostly empty. Witnessed a variety of people come in, look around, and leave. Something not quite congruent there.

Coffee was fine; savoury breakfast Danish delicious; lime coconut cake nothing special. Female server helpful and friendly, male server appeared put out at request for 'wet cappuccino' with subsequent comments. I don't want a dose of sourpuss with my breakfast! Due to this, I would not recommend this bakery to others.
