Such a friendly bar just round the corner from our apartment. The two Claudias are delightful ladies who are really welcoming and helpful, even to two English non-Portuguese speaking ignoramuses! Their English is superb. The coffees and snacks are great too. Thank you.

Food and drink aside, it's worth visiting for the two lovely ladies, Claudia and Claudia, who work here. They were both incredibly welcoming, funny and a joy to be around. Speaking of the food and drinks, there is plenty to choose from and at a fantastic price to boot, in particular the poncha which is freshly made. If you are visiting Funchal, I would highly recommend visiting this charming little cafe.

We stopped here for lunch and our food was great! We had a toast and some chocolate cake I can recommend. The staff was super friendly and served us well. It’s a great spot out off the main tourist alleys so I would definitely visit again.

Just a little off the beaten path but well worth finding as this is one of the friendliest cafes in Funchal. Much used by locals. Good coffee, cakes and pastries, sandwiches and snacks .
