Dona Nina - Funchal

Excellent food and service. we both had the black sheepfish, I had him with garnel and seafood sauce and my wife had it with passion fruit sauce. both were excellent and the chips are 'real'???

We haven't been here for 4 years, but it was a must this time. and it has not disappointed, very friendly waitress, fast service and delicious food. Thank you.

We have dined here on several occasions and the Dona Nina restaurant always delivers quality food and service.

A return visit as we go every time we are on the island. Good food, near perfect vegetables and attentive staff. Extras like the welcome drink and amuse bouche were much appreciated. Very reasonable cost too.

In the nearby Grand we were just looking for a salad. The salad was excellent as the Calamari starter and fish soup. The rose wine from Douro was surprisingly good. Probably the best meal of our holiday. We will definitely return to our next visit in July.
