Burger King - Fort Lee

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at the Burger King on Cliffside Park NJ. The food was skimpy and the service was slow. I ordered chicken fries asked for sauce which they did not have the chicken also kind of smelled old. When I asked for more sauce, the staff seemed annoyed and gave me a tiny packet. The overall quality of the food was just terrible.To make matters worse, this Burger King is the only one I've ever been to that doesn't accept Amex cards. This is really inconvenient, especially since Amex is a popular credit card. I ended up having to pay with cash, which I wasn't happy about.Overall, I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone. There are many other fast food restaurants in the area that offer better food and service.

My bf and I always say this is the best BK. But we’ve had the chicken fries 5 different times and they have been terrible every single time. Literally tastes like they’re daysssss old and they just microwave them. The chicken fries were our go-to so it’s disappointing. Everything else we order we enjoy, though. Please fix your chicken fries issue :’

I ordered via DoorDash not only did the DoorDash wait from 922 to 955. My chocolate chip cookies were burnt. My French fries were not in the bag and my food is cold.!!!!

This is my HOME Burger King! Always speak highly of this location, but was so disappointed tonight. Went through the drive-thru, ordered a spicy chicken wrap, and when i arrived at home, it was served completely RAW. Please make sure, especially poultry, is cooked properly! ?
