Old Elk Distillery - Fort Collins

I absolutely love this place, but during my last two visits, they ran out of steak. This time, after calling to confirm they had steaks, I found out they were out of the chimichurri sauce for the steak. I'll definitely return, but I can't rely on the availability of steak anymore.

Nestled in a serene corner of the old town of Foco, this restaurant offers a delightful atmosphere perfect for a leisurely stroll. The area is vibrant and enjoyable, making it an ideal spot for whisky tastings and cocktails. We particularly appreciated the happy hour drink prices and the delicious fries. Our table featured coconut whisky and blackberry smash cocktails, both of which were fantastic.

We had an amazing meal, fantastic drinks, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning!

I never write negative cripples, but that's disgusting. three of us went to dinner 12/26. Maybe there was the day after Christmas could be the reason for our bad experience. the service was poor, the food was moderately too poor. I can't see how they can stay in business if they don't improve. I for one, not back.

First time and it was a great experience. We started with a tasting flight. The food was outstanding.
