The caldo de res at this restaurant is truly amazing - an authentic taste of Mexico. The atmosphere is fantastic and the drinks are beautifully presented.

The restaurant has an impressive selection of drinks and arguably the best fajitas in town. The queso fundido is made with real cheese, not the strange, saucy kind commonly found in Fort Collins. The shrimp dishes are also delicious. I am eager to return and try more items on the menu.

We had lunch at this restaurant over the weekend and were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is small and all tables were full in the middle of the afternoon. The service was excellent and attentive.
