1. Those who complain because the customer service didn’t meet their expectations. 2. Angry customers who feel let down. 3. Objective reviewers who share their honest thoughts. The food here is decent; it's not fantastic, but it's also not as terrible as some reviews suggest. Yes, they serve your meal on a somewhat dirty tray, but the food itself isn't presented without any containers. I ordered the "velvet" sandwich, which was pleasantly crispy and tasted fresh, and I’ve included photos of it. As for customer service, the girl who assisted me was pleasant, while a guy seemed indifferent—it's not rude, just a bit absent. I could see myself coming back here occasionally. The place lives up to its name, "MUNCH." However, the prices are a bit steep; I paid almost $20 for five buffalo wings and the sandwich, which is about what I would pay for lunch in Midtown! Overall, it's not a bad spot.
There weren't many seats available, and the food presentation can be deceptive. Some dishes that looked appealing turned out to be mediocre, while the ones that didn't look as good surprised me. I really enjoyed the 5 Alarm Burger, but the fries and nachos were disappointing.
We had a fantastic dining experience! The burgers were delicious, and the buns were incredibly soft. My wife really enjoyed the wings—we ordered the munch wings, and they were excellent. Overall, everything was amazing, from the food to the service, and the prices were quite reasonable too!
