Tim Hortons - Fernie

I will say this Tim Hortons is quick, never have to wait long but the quality of the food and how it’s put together makes this place SUCK. To order such a simple thing like a bagel every single time I go, not toasted, slapped together never cut in half. It actually makes me so irritate. Going to start going to sparwood instead.

The staff is extremely rude and arrogant. They rarely serve with a smile and treat customers like an inconvenience. When you ask for anything, they make you feel as if you're begging. If you question the quality or quantity of your order, they respond harshly with, "This is what we have/are serving." They seem completely indifferent to customers and their satisfaction.

If there was an option to rate this place a ZERO, I would choose that instead of even giving it a ONE. There was NO toilet paper in any of the three restrooms! It was appalling to have to use our hands for personal hygiene after using the bathroom. Additionally, at 8:30 PM, despite the restaurant's closing time being 10:00 PM, the staff started cleaning and shutting down the grills, meaning NO chicken was available to cook! This resulted in a lack of wraps and bowls; the only options were sandwiches with cold meat and soup. To make matters worse, the soup was COLD! This is the absolute WORST restaurant I have ever visited in my entire life. There is a complete lack of basic decency at this establishment. It tarnishes the reputation of Tim Hortons and reflects poorly on Fernie, BC!

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. After a long wait, I noticed that drive-through customers were getting their orders before me. When I finally asked about my food, the staff member gave me a disapproving look, as if my inquiry was unwelcome. I was told to sit down and wait, which felt like a poor example of customer service. Additionally, I believe it's important to communicate in the primary language of the country while at work to improve efficiency. Practice makes perfect, right?

This was definitely the worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited. I waited 15 minutes for a wrap, but only one person was working while eight others chatted idly. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong, and the food was awful. I do not recommend this location at all.
