They take to long to deliver your food, even if you four minutes away

My ordering process was horribly rushed. It took the food over an hour to be delivered and I only had a single order for myself. When the food finally arrived, I’m terrified to eat it. The chicken had a weird taste. The shrimp egg fu yung was not egg. It was undercooked batter that looked like it could be egg but looking up close, it was nowhere close to egg. The gravy was not at all what I’m used to. It was oddly tangy. Almost like a teriyaki sauce for gravy. It was awful. I know the reviews were low but I decided to just give them a shot anyway. Now I regret it and want my money back. I would call the restaurant to make mention but I know they’ll only rush me off the phone like they did when they were taking my order.

Although people sent bad reviews in the past, that doesn't mean to immediately overlook the establishment. I just ordered food from here today and I am very satisfied with my order. The food was amazing.The delivery time was very good especially considering the order was for a party of 8. 10/10 would recommend.

Waited two hours! When I call, they tell me that it will be another 20 minutes because there is traffic at 930 at night in Jacksonville on a Sunday. Horrible. I 'm officially done.
