Absolutely disgusting. This place has fallen last year by a cliff of quality. Reply to owner's comment: It wasn't today, it was last week. The food was cold, though I arrived 10 minutes before the pickup window. The salad was devastated and soggy, and the short rib was all gristle and about 1/4 of the amount I expected from other places paid extra for double meat... . I guess you have a staff problem because this is a chain and other locations still provide the quality of your brand. My wife also ordered Tacos and they were thrown into the box completely unmounted. It was a mess.

Love this short rib shell with avocado. Meat is super juicy and perfectly seasoned. I can eat it every day, it must try!!

Teriyaki sauce is syrup sweet. Rice was excessively soft jasmine rice should be fluffy, separated with grains, but her became sticky Goop. The stated ingredients were different from those of the menu description. Can't end after a few bites because of the sweet syrup sauce. Ah!

Too much Arugula!!!! Just too much arugula. Really hard to eat the burger. The whole thing tastes like Arugula. This is proof of ARUGULA. Should it call ARUGULA SALAD. The fries are really good. The rice burger is good.

Pros: poke (pictured) was really solid and had other good food items on the side. Decent price for quantity of food you get. Quick service too. Cons: N/A
