Wendy's - El Cajon

I ordered and paid for my three Frosty treats, and they were ready for me in a cup right away. I love the service! However, they do need to update and renovate the restrooms.

I visited Wendy's on January 16, 2021, around 8 PM. The restaurant was not very busy, and it was clean and well-stocked, with team members actively cleaning and preparing the kitchen. As soon as I approached the counter, I was greeted warmly and served promptly. The young man at the register was professional, friendly, and accurate with my order. I truly appreciate the politeness of the staff, and the food is consistently made to order—fresh and hot! This is one of my favorite takeout spots because they always get my order right, and the prices are great!

Adrian offered outstanding customer service. A good team reflects strong leadership, and management is clearly on the ball. The dining area was clean, and the restrooms were well-maintained, which is a definite plus for me. Overall, the combination of a well-stocked bathroom, a tidy dining space, and excellent customer service made for a great experience.
