My husband and I had a great time at the Sunday buffet at Prime Cut! The food was delicious, and the selection was extraordinary. We particularly enjoyed the fried lobster, but the prime rib was also good! And the shrimp are gigantic! Francisco, our server did a great job, and the view of the canyon was spectacular!

Didn't care for the Short Ribs and the Chef replaced them with a different entree and a delicious dessert at no charge to us. The service was outstanding.

We visited the Sunday buffet and had a great experience. The Lobster and Prime Rib were excellent, and the view was beautiful. The entire brunch was superb from start to finish.

We had an amazing Lobster and more buffet on Easter. The lobster was either steamed or seasoned (Baja style, which is my favorite). The buffet had eggs, omelets, lamb seabass, pasta with mussels, salads, an urn, and a large shrimp cocktail. The atmosphere and views were very pleasant.

Janine, our server, is fantastic! She is friendly and attentive, making sure all of our needs are met and our meal is prepared perfectly. If there are any issues, she is quick to resolve them.
