Downtown Cafe Grill - El Cajon

I took my friend to downtown cafe for the first time in 5 months because we traveled. We went to Happy Hour on Sunday. Maritza our server was very pleasant and smiling as it took our orders and processed our needs. Scott the Bartender has also done a great job to make our cocktails a delicious level. We ordered the Louisiana Chicken Tenders that came with very tasty Coleslaw, and the BBQ Chicken Flat Bread that was great. After we finished our meals, we went outside and enjoyed two different live music groups playing in the patio area. A very tasty, relaxing and pleasant evening at a very reasonable price. Look at this place, you will not be disappointed.

Good mood, good service good food. I had the Bacardi lemon chicken and I loved it. Others in my group had the fish and chips and cheeseburgers and they were also happy. Note that they do not have blended drinks, so if you ask for a margarita, it will be on the rocks.

We came in shortly before the lunch break, it seemed that they were very understated. However, the staff was very capable. The service began to slow when many customers arrived. The food was great, the prices were perfect for the time of the day and many specialties were also drinks.

Flat bread pizzas are great! Location is great. Service was better one night than the other. Happy hour prices and food was delicious.

Went there with my son to hear live music by Silvermine and had a blast. The nachos were really good! Nice family atmosphere with indoor and outdoor dining.
