Black Angus Steakhouse - El Cajon

Took my daughter and her husband for an anniversary dinner. Usually this restaurant is fairly decent but tonight it was terrible. The food was cooked poorly and was cold and it seemed to come in a poor order. Example the salad came before the appetizer or the ladies drinks. Then the drinks came, finally the appetizer. Then the food came. 3 of the steaks were ordered medium rare. They came medium well and the prime rib was cold and dry. Potato skins were good, as were the onion rings. For the price of the meal it should have been a lot better. I won't hesitate to go somewhere else next time!

Food was good. Servers did an outstanding job, price point was reasonable.

Good service smaller food portions. The alcoholic beverage was weak. Also I noticed when you purchase the camp fire feast you have to pay extra for certain things it's limited choices now that's disappointing it wasn't like that in previous years

Tried the new Protein and grain salad with chicken breast. I was surprised at how good it was and how big it was!

Filet mignon with square in shape and tasted like a sirloin. Was very chewy Two small lobster tails, I would call them actually flavorless frostbitten They did not taste like lobster Fried zucchini was probably the best thing
