Worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to employees always have attitude. and they always get my coffee wrong.

Unbelievable. Ordered a small ice coffee with milk and waited for 20 min. Absolutely ridiculous. And the best part was I received my order after 2 people ordered after me just rude. This Dunkin? in unreliable and needs improvement. Don?t evenbother.

I ordered a peppermint mocha, and at first, I didn’t really taste the peppermint. When I asked for extra pumps, it ended up being too sweet. I think it would be great if they offered sugar-free peppermint options as a franchise. On a positive note, Elisabet was fantastic! She was very patient with my requests and picky choices. Her customer service is truly outstanding.

I would much rather drive all the way to Hackensack than come back here! This restaurant is in my neighborhood, but the staff is rude and has very negative attitudes. The manager, who either goes by Julie or Zoe—she wouldn’t tell me her name—was particularly terrible. The kitchen area looks filthy. I’ve noticed that the staff turnover here is quite high over the years, and I can only hope the current team leaves sooner rather than later.

The young staff at this restaurant were unprofessional. They messed up my order and reacted defensively when I attempted to address the issue. Despite paying for the correct coffee, I ended up leaving with the wrong one.
