Both establishments are located inside the same building. What was nice was that you get to see into the kitchen where they grill all the food through the glass wall. They do BBQ as well as hot pot and other dishes like fried noodles or dumplings. We grabbed a few things to share. Their BBQ skewers were really nice. It has a nice charry flavour and is quite tasty. The other items weren't bad. The special spicy chicken with noodles was nice but the chicken was boney. The skewers here are nice but a bit pricy so it can add up pretty fast. It is worth a try since it's nice.
I usually go to Xin Feng Mao to eat, but I was really speechless today. The preserved eggs in the preserved egg tofu had a foul smell, which was really disgusting. I explained the situation to the waiter, and his attitude was very perfunctory. When I went there, other waiters were fine, but today it is really annoying. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

$37 for a few tiny bbq kebabs, meat was dry everything but the steak was in the same box and seasoned together. I couldn't tell the difference between the different meats. Overall not a good late night snack Food: 3
