Taco Bell - East Ridge

The restaurant told me they would make a remake. When I came in a 430p. the assistant manager refused to even look for a note from the nighttime person. She raised her voice with me and was very rude. When I asked her name she refused to give it. They've lost my business.

I absolutely love this Taco Bell. They always get my complicated order exactly right every time! You guys are awesome!

The staff at this restaurant are very insistent on customers using the kiosk to place their orders. However, I suggest increasing staff to handle the demand and consider raising prices accordingly.

This Taco Bell location is excellent. The service was extremely friendly and they generously gave me a lot of taco sauce and a medium water when I requested water (I dislike it when they give me a small one, why discriminate against us water lovers?). The refried beans were hot and delicious, and all the veggies were fresh. The burrito was tastier than usual. I am very satisfied. For vegetarians, the refried beans and potatoes are excellent options.

The crew is really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A woman named Megan made a suggestion for a Grilled Cheese Burrito and now it's my new favorite food item! Thank you!
