The last three times my local restaurant has been out of chicken. No other explanation just rudely told at the window and shooed on our way.
This is an awkward review. The staff is fine. No issues there. But every time I go here they are out of 50% of the things I want. I don't believe it is this location's fault. However, I am 3 for 3 on wasting my time waiting in line and not actually buying anything because they don't have what I want. It seems more like a national supply issue. But until it is resolved I will probably go somewhere else. The food that is available is very delicious though. If they had everything on the menu I would probably give it 5 stars.
The worst restaurant I have ever went to. The lady was SCREAMING at me through the drive through after her computer froze. She said pull over for 15min her computer froze I was asking her if I made my order already online 20min ago can I get it still if the screen is down. I NEVER had a person at a restaurant treat me so bad! I'm like the sweetest person I'm still shocked of their customer service here. I was just a visitor to passing through the city. I tried to come back 10min later since I left after that treatments and get refund for rny order because I will Never eat somewhere where someone talks to me like that. She started having a attitude all over again. O said can I speak to manager and she said I am the manager WORST restaurant EVER managers yelling at customers WOW is all I can say. I'm definitely reporting it to Corporate!!!
Drive thru only, but the chicken was great also they said that they weren't gonna be serving Cajun rice anymore that's a bummer
