Burger King - East Ridge

Arrived at DriveThru order screen at 1028, Employee asked us to please hold for a minute and we proceeded to sit for the next 5minutes until he came back on the intercom. Another employee simultaneously came out at 1032 to rotate the sign and then the intercom said Sorry for the wait, what can we get you? , the. Proceeded to tell us they were done serving breakfast and now only serving lunch. This is the kind of thing you think only happens in comedy clips on YouTube. We 've got 8.5 hours of driving ahead of us and this experience definitely started us out pretty poorly.

I pulled in to the drive thru and a female said can I take your order so I gave it and didn’t hear anything else but static. I waited 6 minutes called out 3 times”Hello” and got no answer so I pulled up to window and a Blue haired woman turned around and started yelling at me! She said I told you to hold on! I said No you didn’t and she kept arguing with me and yelling so I said Forget this and she said Good riddance!!!!Very inappropriate of her period! She was so out of line the whole time! I hope this is dealt with quickly! I will go up the management line with this if need be!I’m furious with her!

I have been to this Burger King several times lately with my mother who is 86 years old and she has a preference for the 2 for $10.00 deal with an ice cream for dessert. The young man who took/has taken our order the last few times, Shannon, has been so nice and respectful. Was so patient and even had our preferences memorized. And even had our ice cream ready when we were ready. (I overheard a conversation about him saying that he actually walks 40 minutes to get to and from work. His work ethic and determination is extremely rare in this day and age. It's remarkable. His attitude alone makes you want to come back. I actually heard another customer say that very same thing. He said that the young man's attitude alone made someone want to come back.The comraderary of this crew is very good. They seem to get along very well. What time they are not preparing food, they are cleaning. Something, wiping, mopping etc.It's nice to sit in a clean place to eat. It seems smaller than the others but it's in a quiet place.Kid-friendliness: I know they're kid friendly. I've seen children in there. One of the young women who works there brings her daughter after school and she sits there and does her homework. Then momma brings her something to eat when she gets hungry. They make happy watching them. They all act like family. Watching out for one another.Parking: I didn't count them but there's quite a few across the front of the parking lot and more across the front of the building. Even a couple on the side of the building if needed.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw the handicap parking places. They're directly in front of the building at the front doors. The handicap ramp is on the right side of the front of the building as you are looking at the front door. It might take a few minutes to maneuver but it's there if you need it. I think it's easier to walk up even if you're not using a wheelchair.There are round tables in the center of the dining area marked for handicap use.

Do not waste your time with this location. I love Burger King. But this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I spent over an hour trying to get my order and get it correctly. The 2 mangers did nothing to help, and one of them yelled at the young girl that was trying to get my order together. Then half of my order sat there for 20 mins till I asked the manager what the wait was for. Then she said, “oh I’m sorry, let me remake it now,” 10 mins later she handed me a bag with half my order in it. It was missing 2 sandwiches, jalapeño poppers, cheese sticks, and drinks. Save yourself and skip this location; at least till something is done about the poor management.

I come through here about 4 times a week. They have 2 people that i beleve are newer people to the company, and they were just so rude i will never be back at another burger king again. That was the last straw for me.
