Arby's - East Ridge

Came here with my son Jim and it was so nice and affordable for us

Stopped to grab quick dinner after working all day around 9:10pm walked inside, one customer was there sitting.Walk up to the register to place my order ,employee Marcous just standing in front of the register with hands in his pocket ,no hey how are you doing ,what would you like to order absolutely nothing, so I tell him what I want number 11,he rings it up ,never once does he tell me my total or anything .So I pay for my food he asked for my name for the order ,don't get a cup for my drink so I asked for it I told him it was for here .So instead of calling by the name I gave him for food order I get Hey ,I turn around my food is in a to go bag ,I don't say anything sit down eat my meal, the girl in the drive thru was great ,food was actually good store was clean ,but the front service terrible, I give the food 4 star ,but the employee if I could give a negative 5 star rating I would .And I absolutely hate complaining.

It's a true shame that all these Franchise Owners, have paid all this money for advertising, but local workers do not care about food quality at all.

I always enjoy the fresh and hot food at this Arby's. It's my favorite.
