Dunkin' - East Hanover

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The sandwich wasn’t good, the bagel was hard as a brick, and the donut wasn’t fresh either. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate, but it was more like a soupy mess, which was also disappointing. I felt like I wasted my $12. Additionally, I noticed a worker using the same pair of gloves to prepare food, handle money, and even touch the garbage without changing them. The service was really disappointing, and I also had to wait about 15 minutes because there weren’t enough staff members.

For the past 3 weeks I've been stopping here at least 3 times a week. I order the same ice coffee every visit. Today, same ice coffee order. However, he made a hot coffee and when I told him I ordered ICED he said no you didn't. He didn't offer tocorrect the order and continued to clean. I stood there for 2 minutes in shock realizing he had no intention of making my icedcoffee. The guy has no personality and very rude. This was my last visit.

Nice seating to enjoy your hot drink and warm up after having to spend over an hour in the rain at a kids soccer game. Made drink quickly and got everything right. Nothing complicated. Seating area could have been cleaned better between customers.

The food is standard, comparable to what you'd find at a Dunkin'. Typically, there’s only one staff member on duty who often has their AirPods in and doesn't wear gloves.

Awful customer service. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. The staff was rude during my visit on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM on July 16, 2022.
