The Tim Hortons on Amirault Street consistently provides good service. The staff is friendly, and the store is well-kept, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for customers. It's a reliable spot to enjoy your coffee and snacks.

Terrible experience this morning. One of the employees is RUDE.Nobody wants to start their morning with a rude attitude from someone for no reason. I am paying for my coffee and getting negativity in return. I would like to mention his name that is Ankit. I am writing this review because it happened every time I visited.

One employee was resting her head and arms on one of the customer area table. She was obviously ill with sniffles and coughing. She got up when she noticed I entered inside. She went behind counter for a few minutes then exit front door (with her mask positioned under her chin), to go home I suspect. I went to sit after getting my coffee but I noticed all the tables hadn't been cleaned. I asked the cashier to clean the tables, especially the one the other employee had laid her head on. When I had gone to the counter, I saw that the whole area behind the counter was dirty, that's why I didn't get any food. I will never return to that location again.

If I could give negative stars I would. There seems to be no one here that is capable of properly communicating with customers, the drive thru service is terrible they get very impatient and rude. For some reason when you ask for extra of something they think that means less than the regular amount?? Explaining to them what you actually ordered is also useless because they just stare at you like you have 3 heads. It’s ridiculous, needs an entire new staff.
