Tokai Ramen - Moncton

The Veggie Sheal is addicted, I even got non-vegan friends addicted to it. I love adding tofu so well.

Clean, efficient, consistently delicious superb bone broth on basis of suppen. a moncton mainstay and excellent value for money,

Had soup and both were delicious! real Japanese suppe as in japan. broth is particularly brilliant and also black pieces. it was on take off and they serve broth and ramen/gloss in different tassen and they mix it when ready to...eat: perfect to keep ramen the best texture!

We were a group of the work on the recommendation of a coworker, stayed for super before a moncton magic basketball game. the service was really fast and everyone was thrilled with his meal. the taki ramen bulgogi was delicious! sappora on tap. made it a beautiful experience.

I tried to ram a lot. (vancouver, richmond, toronto, new york, halifax, fredericton, etc.) tokai is still my personal favorite. the taste of her broth and the texture of her noodles is wonderful. my personal favorites are the tantan (savoury, not spicy, but some people...say it has a kick to it) and suki (sweet, not spicy) when they are looking for tasteful recommendations. but the curry and tonkotsu are also pleasant. also their karage appetizer is incredibly tasty and delicate. Other places overcook it and dry it out, but not here the restaurant is always clean and the personal is pleasant and attentive. I urge everyone to try themselves. stay safe and support local restaurants!
