When we got to the window after waiting some more, the young kid handed the food over and slammed thewindow. After attempting to get his attention I finally had to honk (obnoxiously) to get him to give me my drink. Also, this wasa mobile order, at 8:00pm. If I would have known I would have just canceled my order and left. Never again. What they lack inspeed, they definitely don?t make up for in customer service.
Ordered online. Got to the store and all the systems were down. Come to find out? all the Taco Bell workers had left. So? when I asked for a refund the answer I got was that there was no manager on site and that the people working had only been workingthere for 2-3 days. I asked for them to call a manager or the owner. When they FINALLY got in touch with someone, their solutionwas to walk the people through the Taco Bell order step by step?. This turned out to be an epic failure. Half the order wasmissing and the kid couldn?t make a Crunchwrap? to top it off? I ended up getting sick a few hours later with what I could onlyassume to be good poisoning from the chicken quesadilla? that was the only thing I had different than my wife. ZERO OR NEGATIVESTARS is my actual score but I have to choose 1-5. Will drive many miles to never visit this location again. Workers wereactually excellent. I blame this location?s reviews on the owner for allowing managers to run their business in the ground. Poortraining and even worse leadership!!!
Almost feel like this franchise doesn 't want to make money. Doesn 't seem like enough staff to keep the joint running at a fast food rate of delivery. Couldn 't tell you the real situation but you 're going to be waiting a long time just to even order.Can 't blame the employees, or lack there of.
I ordered $40 worth of food for a group of friends. Not only did our DoorDash driver have to wait almost 30 minutes to pick up the food but we were given the wrong food. I ordered many different items on the menu and received 10 soft tacos and a red drinkI didn?t order. I also know this location closes early just because friends who have gone through the drivethru during businesshours have been denied food. Do better
Exceedingly slow service compared to every other location within several miles. 25 minutes just to get to the drive through speaker, sat there for 5 minutes with no response, all while 2 other employees found it more important to clean trash cans inthe rain instead with 10 cars in line not even counting those who gave up and left early.
