Subway - Culpeper

The subs are absolutely delicious and the staff is friendly! I had an amazing Italian BMT. We highly recommend this place. It is very clean and spacious.

The friendly owner and manager, Krishna, was incredibly helpful and polite in assisting me with a catering order for a work meal. She even provided me with her personal cell number in case I needed to ask any questions. The catering order was prepared and ready when I arrived, with everything neatly packed, along with extra spicy sauce and napkins. The fresh and tasty subs were a big hit with everyone. The staff at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating. The service is quick and efficient. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, the soft drink machine was not working properly and the ice dispenser was out of order, so they provided ice in a bag instead. Despite this, the soft drink itself was completely flat and lacked any carbonation, making it taste bland. It would have been better if the soft drinks were served with the appropriate fizz.

Was charged extra, a hired person had to call a superior/manager, they just didn't know how to adjust him. I've been aside so the long line wouldn't be stopped. a customer in the line gave me $5 for my effort and for not keeping the line. at the end I took a bag with chips and dined inside. they win a few from below and outside who had ordered a drink and gave each of them $5. you can't stand it!

Customer service is very poor!! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I said I would never go back but I thought I would give it another chance today. It was awful. The lettuce was so brown and looked disgusting. I even told them that the lettuce looked awful. The lady ignored me. She asked what I wanted on my sub I told her I would like lettuce but not what was in the case.She completely ignored me. She didnt even offer to give me fresh lettuce. She just ignored me the whole time. I will never go back there again.
