Jersey Mike's Subs - Culpeper

I placed an order at this restaurant about a month ago and they got my sandwich order wrong. I spoke to the manager, who told me to come back in a month or two to receive a new sandwich. However, they still haven't made a replacement sub for me. Additionally, they can't find my name in their records and are now under new management.

The restaurant used to have a wide variety of options, but unfortunately they have cut down on their menu selections. I particularly enjoyed their roll-ups.

Although the restaurant failed to make a proper cheese steak and didn't cover the roll completely with meat, my experience on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 7 pm was even worse. I witnessed a girl making three subs with meat next to a bottle of cleaning fluid. Unfortunately, she knocked over the bottle and the fluid landed on the subs she was preparing. Despite informing the staff about what happened, I was unsatisfied with their response. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The subs I observed were filled with provolone, ham, turkey, mayo, bacon, and other toppings, but the addition of cleaning product from the spilled bottle was not appetizing at all.

Great food, fair prices, #17 Philly steak sub extra meat outstanding. Service always great. Culpeper, Va.

Catering order for a birthday. I arrived 30 minutes late. The order took another 20 after that to complete. Place was empty.Following up...the owner never got back to me when I emailed him. Clearly just lip service in the interest of this review pretending they care. Typical these days.
