Unsolved!!! Initial situation: (22h15.. very dirty restaurant. 2 terminals on 8 lit. No tickets, mistake on the order, a double bacon cheese without bacon. Unpleasant staff. Cold fries, more salt, more SEL! Refusal to sell a dessert at 22h40, pattern: the box is closed.... I am quite aware that everyone wants to go home, but it is regrettable that it plays on customer satisfaction. I expected nothing in view of my previous visits but I am still disappointed. Call received from the director a few days after the incident, for in the first time to come and apologize for the bad experience.
