If you confront them about an issue, they will make it difficult for you to return to their establishment. As a former delivery driver, I experienced racial profiling at this store. The area is predominantly white, which seems to put them on edge when an African American driver enters. The atmosphere towards Black individuals in this town is not welcoming. When I inquired about why I was no longer allowed to make deliveries there, they falsely claimed there had been multiple incidents between me and their staff. When I asked for details about these incidents, they alleged that I left groceries in my car—a common lie that could sound plausible. However, I explained that customers typically reach out to me if anything is left behind, and none ever did. Additionally, it’s standard protocol for us to take photos of all delivered items before completing a delivery. Then, they changed their story, saying it was about the way I spoke to their employees, which is also untrue; I always speak respectfully. They simply didn’t like being confronted about their mistakes. This place exhibits racist behavior and should be shut down immediately. I advise all DoorDash and Uber drivers to be cautious when considering this store.

If you’re working for delivery services like Uber or DoorDash in this area, I recommend avoiding this restaurant. I experienced racial profiling multiple times during my visits. I was informed that I could no longer make pick-ups there, and when I inquired about the reason, they falsely claimed that I left groceries in my car after deliveries. This isn't true—I always communicate with my customers and take photos after each drop-off as required. Additionally, their phone service is unresponsive; they frequently don't answer or hang up on me. This establishment lacks professionalism, and I'm considering hiring a private investigator to look into the situation with the hope of shutting down this place.

I’ve been getting cakes here for over 10 years and have always had a good experience. We picked up our little girl’s smash cake like this, when I reported it I literally got no response. It was really disappointing since there wasn’t time for us to get another option. I’m guessing they should have had it refrigerated but had left it out. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you want something custom.
