Carolina Crab Co

This place was good, but the service wasn't great. The food was nothing special. We got the Calamari and there were more fried baña paprika than real squids, felt like a waste of . We had to ask for appetizers and ask one of the busboys to send our waitress. The food was just okay, nothing special. There are many other restaurants on the island that blow this place out of the water. I liked the store. I have the shrimp basket with grilled shrimps, he had double frits and shrimps.

Good place to enjoy the night after Dolphin tour Nextdoor. After taking the last Dolphin tour, we are hungry and found this place for a delicious seafood dinner. They are very busy during the spring break week, outdoor seating are almost full while only couple of people select indoor seating. Seafood are cooked in transitional American style, fried oysters, clams, scallops and steamed shrimp, French Fries are always welcomed. Kids menu is also good, besides traditional macaroni and chicken nuggets options, kinds can order like adults for snow crab leg. Very good experience for both adults and kid.

Pretty good food and drinks. The view out over the water was really nice. The vibe was coastal relaxation. Just what we were looking for. We went early afternoon on a weekday and it was not too busy. Even the Market price on the Crabcakes didn't break the bank.

So just arrive and the first add I saw for a Crabcake looked awesome. The restaurant is actually sandwiched between two other restaurants so, no you are not even having a visual of the water. The staff is young but friendly. The crab Cakes? I?m gonna give it an 8. Side of roasted corn and Lima beans was yummy. Surprise !!!! Get the Shecrab soup. The atmosphere is a bit mall like and I really didn?t like sitting on a concrete corridor under the TV. Maybe Shecrab soup to go next time

I was excited to try this place as it was part of the crab club and I had tried crazy crab earlier in the week an it was delicious. When I arrived with no reservations I was seated quickly. I was asked if I wanted to sit outside and I said sure only to be seated outside in a hallway or something. I was not able to see anything but the bar that was between me and outside. That was okay as I as I could watch the football games. I sat there for about 12 minutes before the bartender can over and asked if I had been helped. I told her no. She brought me some water and was nice to take my order. I wished I had gone back to crazy crab as the food at Carolina Crab Co. had no flavor not even butter or salt that may have helped. I understand that everyone talks about being short staff but this was not the case as staff were chatting. I did let the young lady know that I appreciate that she notice I had not been helped and came over take my order. I also left her a nice tip. I am a very patient person and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Better customer service is needed or else you wont have customers. I enjoy trying new place and revisit others not just for good food but great customer service.
