Provisions At The Barber Shop Restaurant

So immensely sad that Provisions is no more. It was one of the reasons we kept coming back to Ridgway. I will dream of they flying dutchman, brown butter waffle, and caramel lattes. Thank you for everything. This town is not as cool without you.

The Dutchman is almost too good for words!!! The hash made with very high quality pastrami, the potatoes fried in duck fat, with a sunny side up on top and a few apple chunks here and there is a delicious combination of flavors. All was cooked to perfection. I had to get a to go box as the portions were generous. It only comes with one egg. I love to mix the yolk with the potatoes so I got another egg. The service is exceptional as everyone was very friendly and cheerful. It was a little slow for me. It was Sunday morning and everyone was pretty relaxed, which was great, however I was in a bit of a hurry. Over all, it was great food, some of the best! Wonderful and pleasant service. When I’m in Ridgway I’ll make sure to eat here again!

Really great!! Good coffee, very good food. Food was seasoned and cooked well. Not many restaurants do this! Great addition to this town.

Will always come here for dinner when I’m in town! Def make a reservation, they stay busy. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and the cocktails are amazing. Fine dining in the mountains!
