Fulltilt Saloon - Ouray

We came for lunch. Small menu with not a lot of choices which normally would be fine, but they were out of 2 main items on the menu which we wanted to order. We were not informed until we ordered those items. If we knew they didn't have those options wewouldn't have eaten here. Mini corn dogs could be great but were undercooked. If you want a drink this is probably a great placebut pass on the food.

Historic building and classic mountain town bar in downtown Ouray, CO. Both bartender/servers showed exceptional interest in meeting our needs and were wonderful characters with a sense of humor. Great cocktails and the food was very unique alsoveggie options. We ate on the uncovered/heated patio malignancies of the mountains.

Didn 't get any food here, but just stopped in for a couple drinks. Our server was awesome, even after a giant wedding party filled the place and they seemed to have their hands full. The closing hours here was described as 9ish on a Friday by the way, for anyone else wondering!

What a great experience in a great town. Our meal here was nothing short of great and the service matched the quality of the food. First, the chili. I’m not a big soup/chili fan but I’ve been dreaming of the day I get to go back and have a bowl or two of it; this isn’t hyperbole, it was really that good. The burger and sandwich were great as well and the pretzel bites were a great way to start the meal. The beer selection was vast and offered many local brews which is exactly what we were looking for. We sat outside as we had our dog with us and we took in the views as we enjoyed the crisp fall air. Highly recommended if you’re in Ouray! Parking: Plenty of street parking but we were there for lunch at the end of October. Parking may be harder to find during dinner hours in the high-season.

Food was decent, service was awful. There was only one other family in there and we never once got a refill, I was out the whole time. When we had an issue and brought it up with our waitress, she became super nasty. For no reason. One member of our group left without eating and not once was there an apology or any type of resolution. Won't be back due to service.
