Brickhouse 737 - Ouray

Amazing!!!! Our waiter was so friendly. The food was AMAZING! I had half a wedge salad and the candied bacon was delicious. I also had the shells and they were phenomenal.

If I could rate this place a 100/10 I would. Brickhouse had the best service, experience, and food I've had in a long time. We went on a whim and sat at the bar. Caleb was beyond amazing and helpful in making our dinner decisions. He was able to pair drink with our food choices and everything he suggested was on point. We had great conversation ans service. This will definitely be a repeat stop on our next trip to Ouray. We had the corn fritters, Brussel sprouts, elk bolognese, pork chip, and cheese cake. All perfect dishes in every way!

Great service delicious food and great atmosphere. Not to mention being surrounded by mountains. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to get us in right away. I had the Salmon dish which was awesome! My bro had the elk Bolognas pasta, he said was very good. I would recommend this restaurant if you stay in Ouray CO.

This was, truthfully, one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. We showed up just a few minutes before closing (bad timing on our part) and were welcomed in and accommodated. Our drinks were the highest quality but our ribeye with asparagus and mashed potatoes was so good we barely touched the drinks. Highly recommend as a nice dinner to anyone visiting the area!!!

Came here on some other tourists' recommendation, and we weren't disappointed. One of the best tomato soups we've had...anywhere. Everything was good, but definitely give the burrata a try. It was delicious and unique.
