Angelo's Pizza - Clifton

At first, the slice looks like nothing special and a bit on the thin side. But they have a distinct crunch/chew texture that I have never experienced before. The sauce was decent, too. The counter service was lacking, but I do think it's because they are dealing with high take out orders.

My clients were in the mood for Italian and picked from this restaurant. The order was called in, and I got the chicken marsala. At first they couldn't find the order but they found it and it was all good! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. The food was ready, I paid and got help to the car. When I dug in the chicken marsala, the food was delicious! It was flavored to perfection! I had it with penne pasta, and that was a great choice. I enjoyed meal and all in all, it was a good experience!

First time here. Pizza was made the way it should be. Crispy crust, sauce well seasoned and the right amount of cheese, it was like I asked for extra cheese but this is the way Angelo does it. Angelo is very personable and professional!

Was in there and saw who I was told was the owner Angelo... Yell. Get to be f out of here now to a bunch of women who weren 't going anything except talking and eating. Very rude and unprofessional of him. They didn 't do anything deserving of all that anger. I 'll never go to that place again. Good was ok.. I 've had better pizza other places and much nicer and better service

Angelo's Pizzeria Restaurant in Bergen County is a great spot for delicious and classic Italian-American fare. The pizza is especially tasty and the staff is friendly.
