Ninth Street Espresso

The espresso drinks here taste delicious, with no bitterness, and even the brewed coffee tastes fresh.The cookies are worth the trip alone, a cross between a jammy dodger and a pop tart. Small space with bar stools and counters for casual enjoyment, but not suited for long-term sitting. Very close to park to take your brew outdoors.

This is an espresso, you can feel the texture, the strength, and just for a single moment in time do you forget about your woes.

Baristas don’t seem knowledgeable on the beans when I asked questions. My espresso was fine, but overall the place feels lacking (decor, layout, vibe) compared to other spots in EV.

Coffee not hot enough even though delivered in a cup! Sorry, FAIL.

My favorite spot for a no frills excellent cup of coffee in the neighborhood. Perfect to stop in, get a quick pick-me-up, and take off. Love the drip as much as the espresso drinks. Plus, they have some great pastries from C&B. Great beans too.
