The food specially the sisig is so good but the guy who took our order at the counter is kinda sarcastic and suplado. Pinoys are known for its hospitality and being friendly but this one . Very unwelcoming to their guest.
Sort of a Sesig heavy menu (all very tasty) a nice assortment of silog (breakfasty) things. Not as large a menu once you take those things out. Having said that, it's our current go to for homesick momma style cookery. Very nice staff and spacious for larger groups.
Probably the best Filipino food in NYC. I tried the crispy pork sisig with garlic rice. This dish was a culinary masterpiece, perfectly capturing the essence of Filipino cuisine with the crispy pork offering a satisfying texture with every bite. Quality of the food was top notch. Highly recommend Mama Finas
Went here for dinner with my boyfriend. The crispy pork sisig is really superb. It’s like the legit Kapampangan Sisig. We also tried their beef salpicao with some mixed veggies and white rice. It’s not bad for 25$ since they are located in lower east side of Manhattan. Aside from missin’ the Filipino foods, this restaurant is really recommended by my friends but we’re not satisfied by the service. I also work in food industry and customer service is one of the big impact.
