Guadalajara Mexican #2 - Chickamauga

The business has closed, and the building is now for sale. We always loved dining there for dinner. Since I work in Rock Spring, it was very convenient for me to stop by after work for a delicious Mexican meal.

My wife and I have made it a tradition to go there for our date night almost every Friday. We've consistently enjoyed excellent food and service. We definitely intend to keep our date nights there.

Senorita was delightful and an excellent hostess. The food, as always, was fantastic.

Fantastic! Although the exterior may not be impressive, the interior is cozy and well-maintained. The food was the best I've tasted in the greater Chattanooga area. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning!

The wait was minimal, the staff was very attentive, and the Pollo Ranchero is incredibly spicy! Their queso is the best I've ever had.
