Wendy's - Chattanooga

The lady at the window was as sweet as ever! Thank you! My dog Yoshi loved her! We had two key tags from 2022 that we got with an order of fries, and she asked me if I wanted a new updated key tag for 2023. Absolutely! Thank you for asking! The key tag is perfect for my puppy and me—it gives just the right amount of ice cream! I appreciate you providing the tags! We tried the peppermint frosty, and it was just okay; it's not something I would likely order again. Our daughter wasn’t a fan either, but at least it was worth a try! Yoshi enjoyed it, though, so thanks again! I also want to mention that this is one of the best and fastest Wendy's we've been to, and we’ve never had bad service here! So, thank you once more!

I just went through the drive-thru as a passenger and started eating right away. The fries were hot and delicious, but unfortunately, the hamburgers were cold—I mean the patties themselves were cold, which made them inedible. On a positive note, the fries were really good! Just make sure to check your burgers before you drive off. The staff were also very friendly.

The food was delicious and served hot, and the service was surprisingly fast considering there were only four staff members.

If it's after 8:30 don't go because they'll most likely be closed.Can't really comment on the quality of food but it sucked getting there at 8:30 to them being closed.

Very friendly staff, excellent food and quick service. The lady at the window gave my son a toy even though he didn't order a meal. Made his day. Great Location.
