The Signal - Chattanooga

For a standing room venue, this is a pretty good place. The entrance lines moved efficiently, and the bar had a decent selection. Sound, lighting, effects, etc were on point for the show I attended. I rated 4 stars because customer service skills were lacking with security; however, I understand how many people they have to deal with constantly. Also, the blunt responses they give keep the line moving efficiently. There is a balance though, and I am sure they will find it.

It feels like a new venue that is just starting to book big shows. It has potential to be a great place for concerts but the layout of lining up needs to be worked out. The crowd tried to do our best but when the line started going into the street someone from the venue came out and yelled at us not to ask them for help and walked away.

Came here for Taylor Swift night! Security bag and wand check at the door which made me feel super safe. Staff was extremely friendly, lots of bartenders so I had close to no wait time each time I went back for a drink. Extremely clean facility bathroom! Would love to attend more shows or events at this venue!

Great venue. Went to watch the HU performance. Had seats on the upper deck. Excellent views. Pizza from the place next door is served hot. Plenty of drink selection is available.

I'm finally taking a moment to write a review from The Hu concert I attended in October 2022. The venue was fantastic! The drinks were great, and the restrooms were clean. Traffic was light, and parking was a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a wonderful time at the show. We frequently check for more concerts at this venue!
