Taco Bell - Chattanooga

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly, however, the food quality was terrible. The cheese roll ups were not even properly melted and I received a crunch wrap instead of a Mexican pizza, which did not resemble the photos at all. I was highly disappointed and will not be stopping there again in the future. I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

This Taco Bell in Chattanooga is the worst. I waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes before eventually leaving because no one came to take my order. I saw that the employee who was supposed to be taking orders was scrolling on her phone. I tried to find dinner elsewhere but since it was Sunday and late, nowhere else was open. When I drove back to Taco Bell, I saw that there were other cars in the drive-thru and at the window picking up their food, so I decided to give it another try. However, the woman at the speaker was extremely rude when I tried to order my food without lettuce or tomatoes. When I got to the window to pay, she was also rude and practically threw my order at me. I have been to this location many times and have never experienced such poor service. I would rather drive to the Dayton Blvd location than come back here.

Kim was incredibly friendly, and I will certainly return to this restaurant. The food was delicious and served promptly. I especially enjoyed their freshly made Cinnabon delights. This Taco Bell establishment is a fantastic representation of the brand. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.
