Taco Bell - Chattanooga

On November 25th, I ordered through the Taco Bell app, but my chips were missing, and my burrito was made incorrectly. When I called to address the issue and request a refund, Corey and Samantha, who claimed to be the manager and assistant manager, were unhelpful and rude. They offered no apology or solution, simply telling me to "call the 1-800 number." I was expecting better service from Taco Bell, not something like PopCopy. I wouldn't return to this location even if it were the last place on Earth to get food.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered a Mexican pizza and two drinks. Since it was just a snack, my wife and I shared the pizza. It was hot and delicious, just like always. The attendant at the drive-thru window provided us with two forks as we had requested, but he forgot to give us straws. My wife decided to go inside to ask for them. The staff member who handed us our order laughed when he saw her, which was unprofessional. She could have asked to speak with a manager, but she chose to handle the situation gracefully and walked out instead.

Sloppy and overpriced food. Lady yelled my name, threw my bag on the counter and walked away. No drink cup, no thank you or anything remotely friendly. The actual food was skimpy, there was barely any chicken on the quesadilla. You may not care abouthow you make the food but could you please try to care about the people eating it who have to go back to their job with a smileon their face?

This is my second visit, and once again, I encountered some issues. They served me a soda that needed more syrup, and unfortunately, they were out of coffee. On one occasion, I specifically requested no meat in my meal, but they still added it, even though it was close to closing time. On a positive note, the employees at the drive-thru were friendly. If you order through the app, keep in mind that you can only get a refund via the app if they run out of an item. This location tends to be less busy than the Ooltewah branch in the evening.

Came thru the drive thru and placed order couldn't use digital coupon at window drove and parked to do as a mobile order drove back around currently still waiting. Order online says received manager was rude and short with us at the window.Parking: SpaciousWheelchair accessibility: Available
