Subway Sandwiches & Salads

Subways usually quite good. I don't know how the guy is working good people today. his personality made it more pleasant than it is. I'll be back in any case!

Metro on the market street in chattanooga is a well managed subway location that is all they can expect from a subway when they are hungry and want to eat fresh. everything here smells good and the staff is efficient to prepare everything properly. this is a reliable subway for a good sandwich and cookies.

Subways usually pretty good. I don't know the guy working today just good people person. His personality made it more pleasant than it already is. I will most definitely go back!

Severely understaffed. I know a lot of places are going through this right now but its leaving their staffed stressed and rude. I walked in with a group of 4 from work to get sub to go. the one person working was doing online order. did not acknowledge us for over 10 mins while he worked. then proceeded to make 3 of my parties sandwiches then asked me to wait while he made 3 more online orders making my coworkers wait another 10 minutes while my order was on hold. Typical case of things rolling down hill but management needs to make sure there is more than one worker on duty during lunch or at least one thats excited to be there.

Since Jessica and Laura left, this subway has gone downhill very quickly. The man who now works in there is VERY RUDE AND VERY SLOW. He does not even TRY to be quick. In fact it seems the opposite, that he'd rather people give up and leave. Which I have witnessed a couple of times. I've heard him talk hateful to customers several times and he finally did to me as well. That was the last straw. I will not go back to that subway as long as he is employed there.
