I had one sandwich that was to have everything in it, she barely put any lettuce whatsoever on it. The guy behind me ordered a salad, and was asked what he wanted in it... he said lettuce of course. The other worker did change the empty lettuce bucket to put fresh out, because he seen I didn?t get much on my sandwich. My other sandwich barely had any vegetables at all on it. And why are the condiments the last thing they put in it? I just felt the girl that waited on me was lazy. For the money, firehouse has better sandwiches and better service. Over 18.00 for two footlong subs. I could of had two meals with chips and drink for that price at firehouse. Won?t be back
The store was very clean, as were the bathrooms. The only issue was they only had one person working and quite a few customers waiting. Luckily we were second in line so not a bad wait. The sandwich artist was really friendly and nice. She had a great personality. It made it a bit easier to wait for food. I will definitely go back.
The food was ok but the service was not i work down the road and would visit often and i always used a coupon and there was a girl in there working who is rude and told me they couldnt take the coupon unless it had a q code to scan so i bring one up withthe code it scans but wont work so she wouldnt honor it keep in mind she argue wth me i just let it go but poor customer serviceand prices without coupons are ridiculously expensive food not worth the price
This was the messiest sandwich I have ever seen from any subway! Was made the wrong way. I didn't want it toasted, and I didn't want a certain sauce. Im very disappointed An I used to manage a subway! I will never order from this one again. Wow..
I visited the subway and encountered a staff member who seemed overwhelmed. There was a sign saying the bathroom would be back in 10 minutes. When I asked for assistance, she mentioned she was locked in and that her manager was on the way. However, she then left to talk to another employee. After waiting for 20 minutes, I still didn’t see any managers around to help. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with no clear communication or apologies.
