Subway - Chattanooga

Hit an miss. Food quality is always good. Customer service has been lacking a few times. Yes I would still stop and eat there, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there when I'm not in the mood to risk a poor customer service experience. It's ok. Hince the rating.

The subs here are more expensive then any other subway. The staff was extremely slow because of their personal conversations. When they did engage with the customers they were short and rude. I recommend driving half a mile down the road to the other subway.

The staff was very rude to me because I grabbed the wrong size cup. I was also constantly glared at. They also seem to have their own conversations while fixing our food sometimes making me repeat my order several times.

Food was made fast and tasted great. Customer service could be better and the older white haired lady seems to have a negative energy about her.

Subway has fresh sandwiches. Also, the employees are awesome.
