If I could give them fewer stars, I definitely would. I visited on October 10, 2021, around 1:30 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff member was quite rude and rushed me while I was trying to place my order, all while his wife and kids were hanging out in the lobby. I had to take my 6-year-old outside to calm down while I politely pointed out his rudeness. He wouldn't let me speak; I wasn’t being loud or disrespectful, just calmly explaining that his behavior was inappropriate. I also mentioned that if he was closing, he should have communicated that politely when I arrived. I reminded him that without customers, there is no business, and it’s important to remember that. I will not support places that treat their customers poorly, and I encourage others to do the same. I will make sure everyone knows not to support this location. Never again!

I went to pick up a DoorDash order and found just one customer ahead of me. The food was scheduled to be ready by 10:30, but I didn’t receive my order until 10:45. The woman preparing the food was very kind, but she didn’t seem rushed to complete the orders.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and professional, and the environment is spotless! Thank you for the wonderful lunch!

I regret not catching her name, but the young woman working solo on Sunday, October 24, was fantastic! She efficiently managed multiple online sandwich orders along with a constant flow of customers, all while keeping a professional and friendly attitude. She definitely deserves a raise. They also have the best COVID-19 safety measures in place! The service was extremely friendly, and it’s a great value overall!

I attempted to contact the manager on duty, but no one is answering the phone. I ordered a tuna sandwich on wheat, but I received it on multigrain instead, and there was hair in the sandwich. I would like a refund or a replacement for my sandwich.
