Sticky Fingers Rib House - Chattanooga

I am genuinely puzzled by the positive ratings this restaurant has received. Everything we ordered was quite disappointing. I tried the pulled pork, and it tasted like low-quality buffet meat—definitely seemed like it was pre-made and frozen, as much of it was sitting in water. My daughter's grilled chicken sandwich was very thin, had an odd flavor, and was burnt in some spots. My wife ordered the brisket sandwich, which had the same poor quality as the pulled pork. The tots were overcooked and dry, though the fries were decent. We were charged an additional $2 for a Caesar salad, which arrived unseasoned and of low quality. Overall, we won’t be returning.

My boyfriend, my family, and I went here for the first time today. They stopped when they saw the menu and decided to stop in. It was delicious!! The cornbread was yummy. The tots were crispy (my fav . My boyfriend and I have been craving baked beans and it was just the ones we wanted!! The sauces were incredible. We got the dry rub ribs so we could try all the sauces. The GM (didn’t catch his name was so nice and conversational. He checked in on us frequently and ensured that we had a great experience. Great atmosphere! Great food!

Went 8’years ago and food, service was awful Tried it again on the 21st August still the same Food very average, service rubbish Totally overrated

Got the rib sampler for 2. Baked beans, collards, and mac cheese. Everything was great except for the mac cheese which seemed like it was toned down to a toddler's tastes. Our server gave great suggestions.
