Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse Chattanooga Downtown

STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have an allergy to sulfites and other preservatives found in many commercially available foods. It makes restaurants a challenge for me. My husband wanted to eat here in this Brazilian steak house, so a few weeks before our trip, email customer service. I received a call from the customer service and also the chef at the headquarters. He gave my information to the owner/executive Marcelo at this Chattanooga site, and I received a call from him who assured me that they would be able to meet my needs. Marcelo gave me his contact details and told me that I should send him directly by email when we made a reservation. When we were in the restaurant, the chef came to my table and made a list of all the meats I could eat safely. She helped me navigate the salad bar. When I wanted Caprese Salat, but the dressing mix on it was not safe for me, she brought me a whole dish of tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, with a generous part of fresh basil, and then my own glass olive oil too. The meat was good. Call, juicy. A good experience. Thank you.

Amazing, attentive service. Delicious food. Unique experience. We enjoyed the all you can eat meats carved tableside, with hot buffet and cold buffet, cocktails, wine, and dessert. If I ever go back to Chattanooga, I will revisit Rodizio Grill. It was definitely worth the trip!

We ate here on new year's day. Everything was wonderful salad bar, hot bar, caipirhinaand most definitely the meats. Garlic steak, top sirloin, and center cut steak were my favorites. Was like tapas but better. Creme brulee with orange flavoring excellent also. Kathryn, the service manager and Katie were both awesome!!

Another great experience. This is my favorite place to eat and today was no exception. The food is always amazing and the staff always fantastic. Wish I could visit more frequently! Thanks Rodizio!

Best place to eat in Chattanooga Tn. They bring the meat to you. Must try is the lamb, fried pineapple, and the fish!! Excellent salads. Food is always fresh.
