Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The food here is excellent, especially the burgers. However, I found the prices to be somewhat high. For two people, our bill came to $44. We ordered scorpion burgers, a chicken sandwich, and a tower of onion rings, plus an extra dollar for garlic fries. While the food deserves a perfect 10/10, the prices seem a bit steep considering the ingredients.

We still enjoy Red Robin, but we've noticed that the quality of the food has declined in recent years. The burger patties seem thinner, and everything feels a bit rushed compared to the past. While the speedy service is appreciated, it feels like there’s less attention to detail. On the bright side, the waitstaff is always excellent!

I’m not sure why I returned to this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I waited four minutes for a host to acknowledge us. There were wrong orders, insufficient staff, and unavailable items. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste good either; my child even struggled to eat it. After 50 minutes, I decided to forgo the refill on the fries and just asked for the check so I could leave. This place desperately needs improvement. While the experience started off well, it was marred by several challenges. The food was decent, and the service was somewhat attentive, but it ultimately fell short.

Staff and food were amazing. They were really fast and super efficient. We had three variations of the Red Robin Gourmet Cheese Burger (one with a gluten-free bungalow) and a Royal Red Robin Turkey Burger with a Brioche Bungalow. This was our first time trying Red Robin..we visited Chattanooga, TN location.

I love cheeseburgers. I love to eat my burgers medium rare. They are a gourmet burger place however they state they can not cook it how you want it. The only options they give you are well done or some pink. I chose some pink and still came out well done, and it had an awful smoky taste to it. I will say the Mac and cheese was amazing though.
