Mcdonald's - Chattanooga

Waited excessive amount just for 2 sandwiches. It looked like everybody's food came out very slow

Actually, the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been in in a long time. The staff was exceptional and the food was served fast and hot. Sierra is a sweetheart.!

I have a cheat day and treat myself sometimes to McDonald’s. This one is always manned by a staff that looks like they aren’t offered a clean uniform shirt or are sanitary when serving the food. Which is usually under a warmer to long. I miss the service and fast food quality. It makes me feel like I should stop giving it a chance to improve.

I only go through the drive thru in the mornings when I work on the weekends. But the people that work the window are really nice to me. I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad experience with anyone working the drive thru. Always nice and polite.

This rating is solely based on today's experiences with the restaurant, staff and food. If only every McDonald's experience could be like today's worldwide!
