Krystal - Chattanooga

The food was good. I was in the mood for grits and was happy to had gone there. I had the biggest bowl and I was happy. I had everything I asked for including jelly and sugar which was everything I asked for.

I ordered 1 large soda.. got the soda started drinking… and of course the soda was flat.. threw it in the garbage.. 1 item messed my whole though of this place… if u can’t tell if the soda is fizzing or not while holding the button.. then that tells me how u run the place… lol.. 1 item 1 star.. smh

The service was slow even though there were several employees there. I got the wrong order, and when I asked to have it fixed, the employee had no clue what to do, so I paid for items I didn't get.

After hours drive thru only. Friendly staff. Fast service.

It's OK they just keep running out of Chile a lot. I can say there Crystal burgers aren't wet and soggy like most of the others.
